It is the responsibility of the Master Technician to provide each NHPC with the expertise to maintain the GT-R and 370Z. These individuals undergo intensive training to ensure they’re fully qualified at Master Technician level, and must complete courses in GT-R technology, engines, transmissions, braking systems & performance optimisation. Beyond their training, a Master Technician is always available to answer any questions directly, and will calibrate each customer’s car to meet their requirements, keeping detailed service records on every car in their care.
